Here are some examples

of the models we can provide.

This is a photograph of the fund raising pair of boats built for the Friends of Raymond Trust, a limited edition of 100 pairs they will become collectors items in time. To 5mm scale they can also be supplied in other scales as part of the fund raising effort. The boats can be ordered through myself or follow the links on the trusts own website

These photos are of a 5mm/ft model of the BW Northwich motor, TARPORLEY. She is painted in the little known early colours of BW. It is thought that when the D&IWE took over the nationalised fleet they had no colour scheme in mind so the painters at the dock used the paints they had in stock, hence these colours.

This pair of photos are of the Yarwoods built motor, CYPRUS. She was built for the Erewash CCCo, a subsidiary of the GUCC. She was built (along with another motor and two butties) shorter than the standard narrowboats so that they could fit through the shorter locks on the Soar.

This is a 4mm/ft model of Joe Skinners FRIENDSHIP, famous among all boaters I can't think of anything that isn't common knowledge!

The first of the 10mm/ft models on here, LIBRA a small Northwich (star class) is having rolled sheets fitted at the moment so expect a better photo when time permits.

No model maker worth his salt wouldn't make a PRESIDENT, although mine has a true steamer stern whereas the "original" hasn't...draw your own conclusions!! produced to 10mm/ft scale she's a big 'un.

This is a model of ROGER made for the trust which runs her, it is a limited edition available from the Rickmansworth canal trust.

This is Thomas Claytons RIBBLE, 5mm/ft these boats were used to transport the liquid waste and by products to and from the gas works around the country.

This is a model of a royalty class motor, built for Associated Canal carriers which was the forerunner of GUCC This class of boats were built specially for use on the Thames tideway, there were six pairs built and only the motors survive. There are two of the butties still around MARY, the steel barrel built butty and ADELAIDE a six plank butty, when I wrote the blurb originally I meant to say none of the wooden butties survived but ADELAIDE disproves that. She was last seen at Roger Fullers yard although the owner didn't know too much about her.

This is a 5mm/ft model made as a commission for a private customer, he is so pleased with it that he has given it it's own page on his website.

This series of photos is of a pair of boats I built for a customer with a railway layout in his garden, I have also designed and built a set of staircase lock gates for him all to be fitted and working within his railway. When complete I will post a link to his site, see the links page for details.

These photos are of a 5mm/ft model of a private narrowboat, the customer purchased it for his father... both were extremely happy with the finished result.

A selection of the 2mm N scale models we have available all hand painted in appropriate colour schemes.

Peter Keays JUDITH ANN to 4mm/ft, the sharp eyed out there will notice that I spelt the name wrong. No worries a quick repaint and you'd never know.

Two shots of another OO scale model this time of Thomas Clayton's SEVERN

Radio controlled model of the Peter Keay tug JUDITH ANN built for the chairman of the BCN Society at the time, he was pleased with her and ordered a joey to be towed behind her.
